Online Safety

The rise of the internet and the online world has been exponential; for children it is part and parcel of growing up and there is simply no way of getting away from it now whether we like it or not. We believe that we should embrace its potential for learning.

You, like us, will be worried about the vulnerability of children and the increasing threats that children are exposed to online. There is also a danger that we normalise the ever increasing amount of screen time children have.

You don’t need to be an expert on the internet to help keep your child stay safe online. But you do need to be informed of the latest apps, websites, threats and resources to help you keep children safe.

We hope you find the video to be useful and that you can draw upon the resources (that we will keep updating) linked to this page to ensure you are in touch with your child’s online world so you can help keep them safe and the family educated!
