Dan is a local dairy farmer. Dan has both strategic and financial planning and control skills as well as a strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace.

Dan has previously spent many years involved with Cornwall Young Farmers, holding many roles both at club and county level including chair of the county general purposes and finance committees, being responsible for overseeing the county finances and budgets. Also implementing national YFC policies regarding health and safety, safeguarding and the protection of children and young adults.
